Rajesh Payal Rai is Born in 1975 is a Popular Singer actor of Nepal. He was born in a Soldier family background. His Childhood was mostly spend in Bhupa Khotang, Nepal. He was also expected to joining army when he used to be young and he was mostly interested in singing. In 1992 He pass the test of voice in Radio Nepal at the age of 13 and he record his first song Failiyo Maya Dubo Sari which became a very popular song in Nepal which makes him celebrity in Nepal.
