Tathastu is Nepali Movie that is starring the talented actress – Rekha Thapa and is directed by Shabir Shrestha. The announcement of the Nepali Movie ‘Tathastu’ was made in this 2014’s International Women’s Day as per the theme of this particular Nepali Movie which is to raise awareness against Domestic Violence on women. The theme of the Movie goes with Rekha Thapa being the main protagonist in the Movie and is not afraid to raise a voice and fight against Domestic Violence. It seems to be a family drama genre of a Nepali Movie which is also jammed packed with action sequences and we will see Rekha Thapa again hitting the big scenes with her kickass moves as a action heroine in Tathastu. Tathastu is also going to feature new faces in the leading roles. The shooting of ‘Tathastu’ was shot on location at MaHa Studio in Budhanilakantha and is shot in Kathmandu and Kalinchowk.

The Trailer of Tathastu was released on the 3rd of December, 2014 and the trailer does not show much of Tathastu’s movie plot and is a bit shaky and shows nothing as to what the Director – Shabir Shrestha has announced the Nepali Movie was going to be about. It however shows a Rekha Thapa who fights back with pride and defends her honor against the wrongdoers who preys on her ignorance. Her deliverance of her dialogue in the Nepali Movie ‘Tathastu’ which is also shown in the trailer shows that she will never let her herself be oppressed as she believes that justice needs to be dealt with evil and one should not be afraid to deal it on their own if they have to.
