Nepali film Devyani(2014) is presented by Bijaya Basnet under the Shaheed Films P. Ltd. banner. The movie 'Devyani' featured Nikhil Upreti, Dilip Rayamajhi, Bimala KC, Tripti Nadkar, Sundar Shrestha, Anil Pandey, Sashai Khadka, Dipti Giri etc. The story of this short film is written by Bimali KC whereas Bijaya Basnet is direct, produce & featured the dialogue of 'Devyani.' The film makers were criticized for copying a part of the poster of an English movie. The movie feature the shoot of Raju Bikram Thapa, editing by Banish Shah & Aananta Thapaliya. In the movie Dilip Rayamajhi act the role of driver. He drive a car of a girl name Devyani. she fell in love with the driver. But on the other hand Nikhil Upreti who was in jail loved her so much. Inside the jail he paint the picture of Devyani. To accept unknown pregnancy of Devyani the driver get married with her. After few months she gave birth to a daughter. Dilip always take care of Devyani's daughter. So that her daughter loved her father more than her mother..... At last what had happen? To know it you must watch this movie.
